The young and dynamic Mr. Bhalchandra Patil is a visionary by all aspects and is successfully leading the bank through his second tenure as the chairman. His deep insights in banking make him an able and true leader. During his tenure so far, he has managed to diversify the bank’s presence beyond Jalgaon. The bank has now spread its area of operations across metropolitans like Mumbai and Pune. It is his aspiration for excellence, which truly keeps the bank ahead of its competition. As a Chairman, he always pays emphasis on providing the highest quality services to the customers.

Mr. Bhalchandra Patil was honored with the Padmashree Dr. Manibhai Desai Award 2009 for his contributions to the Co-Operative Banking sector and social work. Apart from being the chairman of The Jalgaon Peoples Co-op Bank Ltd., he is also the President at the National Association for the Blind; Vice-President at Ramdas Patil Smruti Seva Trust, Senate Member at North Maharashtra University and a Trustee at Shree Ram Rathothsav Samiti. 

Mr Patkar is an idealistic executive with over 36 years of experience in the banking Sector. His vision and passion have been integral to the Bank's success as one of the most successful co-operative Banks of the time.

He joined The Jalgaon Peoples Co-op Bank as the General Manager in Oct 2001. And since July 2002 till date, he has been effectively leading the bank through its best period, as the CEO.

His through acumen in finance and the habit of remaining updated about the latest trends in Co-Operative banking helps him lead the bank on its glorious growth path. His intellect, management skills and vision have played a key role in the banks development during the past decade.

Mr. Patkar is a certified C.A.I.I.B, G.D.C & A professional and has delivered lectures on finance at the North Maharashtra University.

As the general manager (administration and I.T), Mr. Wani has always been focused on integration & collaboration between various business development groups.
His vision of the bank’s superior service teamed with optimum performance has come to fruition with the associations of Jalgaon peoples Bank oversees.
His long-standing business relations and administrative skills have gained the bank an important place in today’s Co-operative banking sector.
His contribution in the development of YASHWANT; ( Development of In-house Core Banking Solution ) the bank’s self-developed banking software, is invaluable.

Enriched with an experience of more than three decades in Banking Sector, General Manager Mr. Kamble has been phenomenal with his innovative ideas in strategic planning through which the Bank has setup several milestones.

He started his banking career in 1979 as a Senior Officer in a reputed Co-op. Bank in western Maharashtra. Later in his career, while working as a Branch Manager for United Western Bank, he was awarded the Best Branch trophy.
